Rossalina Latcheva is currently Head of the Anti-Racism and Non-Discrimination Sector in the Equality, Roma and Social Rights Unit of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA). Her areas of expertise with respect to FRA’s work include: equality and non-discrimination, including the collection and use of equality data; racism, xenophobia and related intolerance; migration & integration; gender-based violence; and mixed methods research. She is experienced in developing, collecting and analysing primary and secondary survey data, as well as in applying diverse quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. 

Prior to joining the FRA, she held a university post-doctoral position at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and was a lecturer at the University of Vienna, Austria. She holds a PhD in sociology and has published a number of articles, book chapters and reports on integration, national and European identity, ethnic exclusion and mixed methods research.  

Michaela Moua is the first EU Anti-racism Coordinator. She held a number of senior roles in NGOs in her native Finland combatting racism and discrimination. For the last few years, she has worked for the Non-discrimination Ombudsman’s Office and at the Ministry of Justice in Finland. She has extensive experience and expertise in combatting racism and ethnicity-based discrimination and in promoting an ethnically equal and diverse society on the local and member state level.   

Ioana Pelin-Raducu is a policy officer at the Schengen and External Borders Unit of the European Commission's Directorate for Migration and Home Affairs.

She previously worked at the Asylum Unit contributing the development and overseeing the implementation of the Common European Asylum System acquis and to the Secretariat-General of the European Commission dealing with the transparency policy.

She also holds a Phd in law from the University of Geneva on the judicial dialogue between the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union on the protection of fundamental rights standards
